Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using FoodJolsha, you agree to these Terms and the linked policies. You must be at least 13 years old, provide accurate registration information, and use the service only where legally permitted.
Your account
You are responsible for account security and activity. Do not share passwords or OTPs, impersonate others, create deceptive accounts, or bypass restrictions. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
User content and licence
You retain ownership of content you lawfully create. You grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, reproduce, display, and distribute that content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the service, subject to your audience and privacy choices. You must have the rights and permissions needed for anything you upload.
Prohibited conduct
Do not use the service for violence, credible threats, sexual exploitation, trafficking, fraud, phishing, malware, harassment, hate attacks, doxxing, non-consensual intimate content, unlawful sales, copyright infringement, spam, artificial engagement, or violations of applicable law.
Moderation and enforcement
We may reduce distribution, place content under review, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, preserve evidence, or terminate access when reasonably necessary for safety, policy enforcement, security, or legal compliance. Where practicable, we provide a reason and an appeal route. Serious or repeated violations may lead to stronger action.
Service availability and responsibility
The service may change, experience interruptions, or contain user-generated material we do not pre-approve. We use reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every harmful item will be detected immediately. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing framework and contact
