Respect and personal safety
Do not threaten, stalk, bully, blackmail, sexually harass, encourage mob harassment, or expose private data. Criticism and disagreement are allowed, but targeted degradation and credible threats are not.
Violence, exploitation, and sexual safety
Content that promotes terrorism, organizes violence, glorifies severe harm, facilitates trafficking, exploits children, depicts non-consensual intimate material, or solicits sexual coercion is prohibited. Documentary or awareness content may be limited or reviewed based on context and graphic detail.
Integrity and authenticity
No scams, phishing, deceptive impersonation, manipulated evidence presented as authentic, coordinated spam, fake engagement, or malicious links. Clearly label satire, parody, and materially altered media where confusion is likely.
Hate and discrimination
Do not attack people based on protected or vulnerable characteristics, call for exclusion or violence, or dehumanize a group. Discussion of discrimination, quotation for criticism, education, news, or counter-speech may be allowed with sufficient context.
Restricted goods and unlawful activity
Do not facilitate illegal weapons, illicit drugs, trafficking, stolen goods, fraudulent documents, hacking services, or other unlawful transactions. Lawful public-interest discussion does not itself constitute facilitation.
Enforcement factors
Reviewers consider context, intent, severity, likelihood of harm, newsworthiness, public interest, consent, repetition, account history, and applicable law. Outcomes may include no action, warning, reduced visibility, removal, feature limits, suspension, or referral through lawful channels.
