The platform is intended to operate in accordance with applicable laws of Bangladesh and other mandatory laws that validly apply to particular users, processing, or services. Because requirements change and depend on facts, the platform does not claim universal compliance merely by publishing this page.
Valid authority requests
Requests for user information should come through an identifiable, lawful process, specify the legal authority, account/data sought, purpose, and time period, and be proportionate. We may verify, narrow, challenge, preserve, disclose, or reject a request as permitted or required by law. Informal requests do not automatically receive data.
Safety, evidence, and transparency
We may preserve relevant records for security incidents, serious harm, fraud, disputes, or lawful requests. Access should be limited, logged, and reviewed. Where legally allowed and operationally feasible, affected users may be notified.
Regulatory review before launch
Before launch and as the service evolves, the operator should review corporate registration, taxation, telecom or online-service rules, consumer protection, cyber security, data protection, copyright, child safety, payment rules, advertising, hosting, and sector-specific licensing with qualified advisers and relevant authorities.
